Background

This approach and plan is a result of several discussions with Mr. Anand Varala, Karimnagar group members, students and group conference calls. It was determined that annual tuition fee per student is approximately 5,000 rupees in a private college. Some students from the list are already selected for a government sponsored program and therefore may not be considered for our sponsorship.

Approach and Plan

Seeking contributions to support one student per sponsor for two years which will be equivalent to $250 ($125 for year1 and $125 for year2)

- Year 1 payment is expected at this time with a pledge for year 2
|

Complete transparency will be maintained through out the process to ensure that the funds are not misused. Checks will be paid out to the college and a copy of the check and the college receipt will be published to the group.
- No idea is perfect and we are sure this approach and the plan may have some deficiencies but we wanted to start quickly considering the time limit. Admissions are already in Progress and we did not want to delay it anymore.
- An aggressive campaign is required to reach out to all the members and collect the required amount and we need some volunteers who can participate in the calling program. |
